The Red Kite: An Urban Tail

The reintroduction of the Red Kite has been one of the UK’s greatest conservation success stories. Seacroft was one of the first urban areas in Yorkshire where they were spotted. The sight of these magnificent birds flying and swooping over the East Leeds landscape has had a powerful effect on the community and this programme tells that story.
